Walk yourself Skinny

Drop 5,10,15 pounds with an easy at home routine.

This is what i read today on the cover page of a magazine and before i could read in the details, the library time was over and i only succeeded in writing the first line with the heading

Walk yourself Skinny

Is there any real easy home routine to drop 5 to 15 pounds? i seriously doubt it because loosing pounds is the hardest thing in the world which reminds me of the easiest thing in the world, putting on pounds.

The usual stuff like eating fruits, vegetables, drinking 8-10 glasses of water , brisk walk and excercise for at least 30 minutes a day is effective and do bring results but i came across two really easy and workable home routines that everybody can follow.

1. Jumping on a mini trampoline during commercials which can be the best thing to do while watching commercials and this can make watching TV a healthy experience instead of becoming lazy, dull and obese.

2. Sucking in lower belly and holding it for 20 seconds for just five minutes a day. This really seems easy and fun.

Following are some good techniques for loosing weight

  • Stomach Excercise
  • Burn Stomach Fat
  • Belly Fat Excercises
  • Cellulite Excercise
  • Fat Sculpting

Sticking  to a balanced diet is the golden rule in staying fit and slim.

Gender Gap Widening In Colleges

Although USA Today report suggests that the gender gap on campus is stable -- about 57% female and 43% male -- not worsening but infact its widening and getting worse.

Some reports predicts that it would be 59% female and 41% male by 2018. The reasons for this decline are many and quite opposing. Lets first start with reasons favoring women achievements and their higher proportion in graduate degrees.

Historically, majority of the women were not provided equal  oppurtunities to get primary education let higher education alone. Education was deeply connected to earning and is still very much related to earning till now although earning is not the only objective of education. In the twentieth century, ground realities plus mindset changed and women were given more chances to educate themselves and earn independently. If I am asked to mention a single event that provided an oppurtunity to women in US to get a big share in jobs then i can name First World War without giving a second thought. Males were forced to join the army and women were forced to join the labor force to keep the earning wheel running. They also got the right to vote for their hard work and sacrifice to earn and take care of the house in absent of young men.

Although males want the reports from different departments to be broken down in different fields but no break down of degrees can change the fact that women have achieved a milestone which is going to stay in near future.
